Shipping Information

Free Standard Shipping: Urban Dwell is proud to feature free standard shipping. Our furniture is shipped "Standard Curbside Delivery Service," a service which we provide at no additional cost. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, holidays excluded. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. When your product is shipped out, we will provide you with a tracking number and a phone number to call to schedule delivery. Some items may require assembly. Beds are shipped unassembled in several flat boxes for easier handling and will require some light assembly before use. Casegoods such as nightstands, dressers, chests, etc. come fully assembled in their boxes.

Local Delivery Service
: We offer white glove delivery service in Miami-Dade, Broward, & Palm Beach Counties. Our white glove delivery service includes the following:

• Inside delivery to your home
• Assembly of all items by White Glove professionally trained staff
• Removal of all trash & packaging

Return Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return most items. All returned items must be in original packing and returned within 7 days for a refund of the merchandise cost minus a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the items were received damaged. Any items received damaged MUST be reported with 24h of receipt. Please note that we cannot accept returns on final-sale merchandise, special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit card payments, as well as Paypal payments. We are unable to accept personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers at this time.
